THE PRODUCT: Halco Lighting Technologies offers a wide variety of lighting solutions including lamps, ballasts, and lighting fixtures, with satisfaction guaranteed. In recent years, they have been trying to sell directly to consumers (DTC) without the use of third-party intermediaries.
THE PROBLEM: Since Halco is new to the DTC business model, they are struggling to meet their projected quarterly E-commerce sales.
THE GOAL: They are striving to reach a larger audience by bypassing traditional distributions channels in an effort to increase online sales, nationally.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Using competitive audits, surveys, and market research, to create functional, digital graphics to help increase product sales across the company.
